Core Knowledge

At St Leonard's we teach a broad and balanced curriculum which is relevant to all of our pupils. Within this curriculum lies a Golden Thread  of knowledge which identifies for every subject the minimum expectation of all of our pupils, including those with special educational needs or disabilities. A child who attends St Leonard's throughout their Early Years and Primary education should be able to know and remember the content within this document. This content is referred to regularly so that children are able to make connections in their learning from year to year.
