Each year, priorities for improving and developing the school are considered and published. They are then acted on by the appropriate people before being evaluated. Each planning cycle lasts for one year, but there are interim reviews carried out each term by the school's leadership team who, in turn, are held to account by the school's governing body.
Priorities for 2023 - 2024 include:
1. Reflecting and acting upon the SIAMS Inspection Questions.
2. Ensuring that we develop our approach to equality, inclusion and diversity.
3. Increasing rates of progress in mathematics.
